Due to the hygiene nature of our products, all items within our Sassy Collection are considered final sale and cannot be returned once delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to help us investigate the issue.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.

We review all issues on a case-by-case basis and will always aim to provide a fair resolution.
